Additionally, initiating cyberattacks, distributing malware, or engaging in illegal financial transactions is forbidden. Detection of such incidents will result in immediate asset freezing, account blocking, and potential referral to competent investigative authorities. Users are fully responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.

All financial operations on the platform are processed by verified third-party providers. When applicable, specific deposit and withdrawal procedures may require security-related verification. Users depositing funds guarantee their origin from legal sources and that they hold full legal ownership of the payment method. In justified technical cases, handling fees imposed by operators may apply, for which the platform assumes no responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise. Withdrawal of accumulated funds may be suspended until successful completion of identity verification (Know Your Customer).

Participation in chance-based or speculative platforms inherently involves fundamental, unavoidable risk of losing deposited capital. Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use these resources solely for recreational purposes within the platform’s functionality. We exercise no control over the content, security standards, or privacy policies of these sites and therefore assume no liability for damages arising from interactions with third parties.

The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or failure-free operation of infrastructure systems. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to internet access interruptions, lost profits, end-device software defects, or data transmission errors resulting from use or inability to use our services.

Users may unilaterally terminate the agreement at any time by submitting a formal request to close their profile, after settling any outstanding obligations. Conversely, we reserve the right to immediately suspend, modify service scope, or permanently and irreversibly block user account access upon violation of any provision herein, suspicion of unlawful conduct, or at the request of competent governmental authorities.

Any disputes, claims, or interpretative ambiguities arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall be resolved, evaluated, and interpreted in accordance with laws governing the territory of the Republic of Poland. All proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent general courts in Poland.
